Dr Holms is extremely passionate and cares about each patient. He takes his time to understand and listens to everything you say I could not ask for a better rheumatologist.
I heard great things and had high hopes after making an appointment in August 2023. Although I could not be seen until June 2024, I had hoped I would finally start treatment for my arthritis. Unfortunately, I waited an hour past my appointment time and then left. I'm usually fairly patient, willing to wait the extra 30 minutes, but an hour. I was taken to a room after 45 minutes and only after asking what was taking so long. Dr Holmes is AMAZING!! He is a breath of fresh air and a reminder of what medicine and the practice there of is supposed to be. Thorough, caring, educational and always goes the extra mile even if its something outside the field of rheumatology if he notices anything in your blood work that may be cause for concern. He is a shining example of how medicine once was and how it should still be practiced.
They never answer their phones. Twice now they forgot to send in my prescriptions. So now I can't even get through to talk to someone.
