The staff cared for my mother for over 3 months. They cared for and loved her as if she was their very own. They were also caring of my needs. It's the kind of place I would want to live if I was in this situation!! I will always keep them in my heart for their kindness.
He is a wonderful surgeon and physician, Judy Decorte and the entire staff at both his saginaw and Midland Office is wonderful, I highly recommend !!!
He has a great bed side manner. Totally all about the patients needs and takes time ti be sure we are doing the right things. Loved the care!

I hd a relative in for rehab after knee surgery - didnt like that her surgeon cld not come to visit her
Dr. Virginia Dedicatoria is a great doctor but I recently had an appointment and after setting in the waiting room for 3 hours I still did not get to see the doctor. The staff was very nice but the wait was very long. It would have been nice if the staff would have informed me when I arrived that it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait to see the doctor. I would have rescheduled my appointment. So, if you do have an appointment, make sure to call ahead of time to see if there is a long wait.
I saw Dr. Dedicatoria for the first time a few months ago. The entire staff was so friendly and wonderful. The nursing assistant was very nice and made me feel right at home and the MD prefers to go by her first name! I love the friendly small-town feel. She took the time to listen to my complaints and explained everything to me in an easy-to-understand manner. Her accent is also not too thick, I had no trouble understanding her at all. I called to make an appt. because we are new to the area. I was put on hold forever. Never being helped, I hung up and tried again. Again being put on hold forever and never getting help. These were real people that answered the phone! I hung up again and will NOT try again!
