I made an appointment with Dr. Andy in February for an annual physical as a new patient. Instead of performing a physical at this visit, she reviewed my medical history and stated we would do the actual physical another day. However, I was never told that this would affect the billing of the visit and she did not tell me this until we were almost out of time anyway. I later received a bill for over $300 after insurance. Disappointing. My primary provider, Cody Martin, was transferred to another location which is over 50 minutes from my work, so I thought I would try the DO at his former location. First visit was told I could "pick my top two" things to review with him as they are busy. He only addressed one. I injured my hand, tried to call was on hold for 20 minutes, got into my vehicle and called, stayed on hold for the 25 minutes it took to arrive at their office.
