Worst professional healthcare experience I’ve ever had. Made an appointment online, received confirmations & showed up for my appt. Little did I know that the building (which I will not classify as an office) I made an appt for, “the doctor only works there on Mondays.” So why was I able to book? Nevertheless, I was instructed to come to another location & sort things out. Not once was the error apologized for.
