Don’t do it!
这是在美国就医几十年遇到的服务态度最差的前台服务。前台有讲中文的人，但对讲中文的病人态度非常傲慢和歧视， 缺乏最最起码的服务意识，缺乏最基本的礼貌和尊重。首先打中文专线电话等待的时间很长，最后等待还经常被遗忘。就连要个化验单的copy 都百般推诿。The worst front desk service! 内部管理也很混乱。 提前一周打电话过去更新联络电话，竟然还用旧号码联络。
No doubt this office has such low score. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Communication was difficult, and instead of trying to assist or clarify, she appeared impatient and dismissive. There was no effort to accommodate the situation or provide alternative solutions.
One of the front counter person is always mad. The other girl is very nice. However, I won’t go any more bz of the crazy and rude person.
