No doubt this office has such low score. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Communication was difficult, and instead of trying to assist or clarify, she appeared impatient and dismissive. There was no effort to accommodate the situation or provide alternative solutions.
One of the front counter person is always mad. The other girl is very nice. However, I won’t go any more bz of the crazy and rude person.
