I have a history of a polyp in my sinus cavity. I was diagnosed when I was young in a different state so I don’t have the paperwork. He did not take me seriously. He suggested I wanted pain pills for this? What? He also stated over & over that he’s a surgeon, he also said he couldn’t see the polyp by looking up my nose, obviously. He ordered a CT scan and 3 weeks later there is nothing ordered. Tried to contact his office for a week now and left voicemails and no response. M.D. Robert M.W. Tsou was great he explained everything before he did my Sino- Nasal Surgery he took his time to look inside my nostrils and he also saw a cavity in one of my nostrils that he also removed. It's been a week I can tell the difference with my nose I breath better and I feel way better too. Thank you for helping me feel better and breath better!
Very friendly and knowledgeable professionals. Dr. Robert is an excellent doctor. He explains to my wife about vertigo that it is a common syndrome and from time to time almost everybody gets it. No surgery or medication is needed. Simple neck muscles exercises and it will disappear after some time.
Worst doctor ever. Can’t get an order correct. Doesn’t take your issues seriously and doesn’t even answer phones at the office. Acts like he knows it all but doesn’t listen to a word you say. I’m looking for a lawyer as we speak. Go anywhere but to him!!!
