Dr Scharfman and his staff was attentive,professional ,explained everything and did a great job my husband’s eye
Mother in law was scheduled and went through every test and even seen a Specialist to get the okay that all she needed was Dr. S and he was all confident that he was going to do the surgery UNTIL five days beforehand, after he found out she was going to do the payment plan. When called to ask why, what exactly changed…and all he did was get angry and yell and hang up on my wife! No explanation other than he’s incompetent and will try and get every penny he can out of you up until your surgery! careful!
The most incompetent doctor I’ve ever dealt with . He cancelled my mother’s eye procedure 4 days prior to surgery because all of a sudden he couldn’t do it anymore it was too “complicated” after having my mother go through all the steps for surgery . Don’t waste your time on this nasty incompetence.
Terrible customer service on phone. Lady had the biggest attitude, hung up on me & refused me medical care after burning my eye & having no vision in it.
