Dr. Lowen is an old fashion Doctor in a good way. He makes you feel comfortable in his office and has the best bedside manners. I was afraid and hesitant about my breast reduction surgery and he laid all of my uncertainties to rest. I will use him again if I should need ant other cosmetic needs. I am so happy that I found Dr. Lowen, now I can enjoy my retirement to the fullest!

I had a consult with Dr. Lowen for a procedure I’ve wanted for quite some time. After a thorough exam of my problem area, he recommended a less invasive procedure.
