Dr Howell and his staff were excellent. It was my first visit after my former OB/Gyn retired. They got me to the back within 5 minutes, Dr Howell took his time to answer all of my questions. He made me feel at ease.
Today was my first visit to Dr. Robert M. Howell. MD office. I definitely wish the staff had been inviting & friendly. Before I had been seen by Dr. David McAlpine who is now retired. His staff always greeted you with a smile & gave you a welcoming feeling . I've been seeing him for more than thirty years. I was quite anxious to see a different physician. I arrived early for my appointment. This way I could get rid of the paperwork , even tho I did pre register online. There was absolutely not a welcome vibe from the office ... read more
