He talked me into crowns on front top teeth after 5 yrs of 'mentioning' it. I liked them! Until one of them broke off. He glued it back on, charged me for it. Then it became infected he wanted to do a bridge. Said it was my only option. I let him do the mold, then a few days later called and cancelled the bridge. The receptionist, D didn't say anything except ok. Dr. Herrera did my three root canals and he is amazing! Very attentive and skilled you can tell he has a lot of experience. He also owns a cyber truck which is pretty cool in my opinion. At first I was skeptical because of the most recent negative comment but my experience there has been great. The previous dentist I went said I should get my teeth pulled because it would be easier that way. But Dr. Herrera said we are going to try and save them and he did! Thank you!!!
I just left with my 5 year old after my husband asked him to be a little bit more polite with him , so he made my husband leave and me come back in the room, as I did he is trying to pull my 5year olds lips open and force the drill into his teeth to open his mouth. Tried to tell my baby to come on we will go to another place and he pushed his shoulder back down in the char and told me no we’re doing the work. By far the worst experience… will never go back again
I never feared the dentist until I sat in Dr. Herrera's chair. I felt like a project - not a human being. No verbal warning when shots were coming, and enough pressure to crack a tooth - literally. I had to have thousands of dollars in dental work to fix what he did.
