They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is wonderful, and Dr. Hermann is kind and gentle. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
This is my second root canal; Dr. Hermann was extremely thorough in his explanation of the procedure. What impressed me also is how thoughtful and considerate he is of his staff. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an endodontist....he is the best!
