I have been given the runaround since I first made contact with these jokers. In July 2024 I was referred to Dr. Finlaw, however they are only in Marianna on Tuesday so I had to make my appointment in Panama, way out of the way. But ok I did, then when I get to my appointment I am seen by Dr. Wells if you want to call him a doctor. Nothing was done about my non- alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver, but he wanted to do a procedure to my throat and supposedly had to put band on my esophagus. I had a procedure scheduled since JUNE for the 27th of this month (August). Nobody calls me to tell my a time to be there so I call them and nobody ever calls me back and when I tried to ask what happened they blamed it on the hospital. I call the next day (the 28th) and they told me I was a no show!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE very unprofessional, and I’m so glad my situation isn’t life or death! DEFINITELY SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE WITH AN OFFICE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS.

Dr. Finlaw needs to learn that u can pick ur friends and u can pick ur nose but you should never pick ur friends nose. Especially if they r 85,a cancer patient & on several kinds of medication. The result of his negligence was nose packs in both nostrils after bleeding out, the Emergency physician saved her that day but with all of her complications she passed a short time later. I was very impressed with the staff. I seen the nurse practitioner Sandy Palmer. She was very helpful in trying to get financing for the procedure I needed. I have not seen Dr Finlaw .But the staff was excellent.
