I have my appointments changed all the time && never get a phone call I go in the office and they tell me right then and there. They don't realize people schedule their whole day around appointments and I understand emergencies come up. But give us a call and let us know before we drive all the way their
His staff is awful, Megan his receptionist thinks her job is a joke, you get moved around without being told and then they play dumb its quite insulting....the doctor is so far great but his staff will break him. Their pitiful performance is inexcusable. i will be looking into finding another doctor for sure. would recommend Causey but warn his office is staffed with unknowable idiots.
He takes his time to make sure you understand everything he is telling you and to answer any questions you may have. He never seems rushed. Treats you like he knows you, not as if you are just a patient. I am so glad I found Dr. Causey. He delivered my second baby by C-section and did an excellent job! He is both of my children's pediatrician and I trust him very much.
