Incident 1: got scheduled for 7am. Nobody showed up to office until 8am. Incident 2: im on a medication that cant be up and stopped. The Dr. had an issue where they weren't available, meanwhile, my prescription was input incorrectly and after multiple attempts for the second week their is no sense of urgency or a plan in place to help prevent any health crisis. This has been a nightmare.
This is not my first time seeing Dr Lewe and i should’ve known problems would arise. I recently went in to see Dr Robert Lewe. I had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. It was only one lady in front of me waiting to be called back. While waiting a couple came in for an appointment at 9 a.m. Before they could fully get checked in another lady came to check in. Dr Lewe and his staff are fantastic . Im 66 yrs old and been going to Doctors about prostate issues for 20 yrs and Dr Lewe is the best Ive seen .
Hardest office to contact and they are not good about calling back and following through.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lew for over two years. He has performed surgery on me. Dr. Lew is one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I have known. His staff-nurses and receptionist-are sweet, helpful and very reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Lew for anyone looking for a Urologist.
