I cannot possibly express how fantastic this office has been. From Rosie at the front desk to Lance the Q-EEG tech, Anthony the PHD student and especially Dr Villanella, I have felt heard and cared for through what should surely have been a difficult time. My child's evaluation was scheduled quickly upon my first call and all follow up testing was scheduled before I left my first visit. Dr V, his clinicians, his therapists and his support staff have all been amazing! Dr V is engaging, listens and shows concern and empathy for his patients. He takes his time to be sure that his patients are getting the proper care and attention they deserve. I have had such a wonderful experience that I have recommended their services to multiple friends. I would like to save patients the trouble of picking this office…. First I would like to say the receptionist JAMIE and JUSTINE was very RUDE and unprofessional and insensitive the times I spoke with them..they don’t care about anything you have to say they alway talk over you and they don’t remember what they said to you,JUSTINE does not return calls at all,and seem to have an attitude every time I spoke to her…Jamie returns call but has very bad attitude and 100% talks over you and don’t let you get a word in …I brought my... read more
