My Father was taken to Dr. Tobin for stage III lung cancer. His health was severely compromised, he could barely walk, he had dementia, and was approaching 92 years of age. Tobin assured my family radiation treatment would not only shrink his tumor but make it disappear. Dr. Tobin was happy to inform us that Medicare would pay 100% for the treatments.
