I was able to shut off the water supply and drain the tank, but because of my medical condition, I wasn't able to make the repair myself. I called Knights Plumbing, and Taylor answered the phone. Spencer from Knights Plumbing was fantastic. He arrived promptly, listened to what we wanted done and did excellent work. He was friendly, worked quickly and was very tidy and respectful of our home. He communicated what he was doing and answered all questions. Spencer was wonderful to work with.
We’ve used Knight’s Plumbing a few different times since moving to Hanover and honestly can’t say enough good things about them. It’s a family run business and you can tell. They are timely, consultative, polite, and always provide a good experience with more than fair pricing.
