Staff was given specific instructions per insurance company on how to file a claim. Directions were disregarded causing a long delay in approval. Had to personally fix it myself. Looking for another physician.
Won’t make an appointment was told to go to ER or urgent care. Hasn’t called with results for multiple tests. Takes over a month to get a renewal on required medication. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
My daughter has a learning disability. He was her doctor since she was little. She went to see another Dr. one time. She called back and wanted to see Dr. Greico again. She was told once you see another Dr. you can’t come back ever!
I have been a patient of Dr. Grieco's for 2.5 years, and he has helped me immensely with various health issues. His staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and his office operates on-time which is unheard of in the medical field. Love him, and can’t say enough good words about him.
Dr. Bob was knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and his office was ahead of schedule (unheard of for a healthcare practice!!!). I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Great doctor always listens and is very helpful
Staff is lazy and incompetent. Dr. Grieco is great, but you can't count on the ladies he has on staff for anything. Regularly had problems getting scripts written for my medications, they just don't care if you run out.
He assumes that people are addicts with out finding out that they lied about drugs they were taking. Yes I lies about being an addict to go to meet so I could have friends. It's weird and wrong but I am socially awkward. That was an easy way to make friends.
