Called to make an appointment as a new patient, left in a phone tree for 10 minutes, no matter the extension chosen. Then I finally speak with Theresa, who was very rude when I asked whether this was a usual occurrence when calling the office. She was also unhelpful & dismissive when asked about the office policies, which require a referral. My insurance doesn't require a referral, they just want to demand that I spend money to see another doctor who will then refer me to them. She had no answer when I questioned the purpose... read more
My PCP sent me to see Dr. D after another rheumatologist diagnosed me with Ankylosing Spondylitis and immediately put me on methotrexate which I refused to take after reading the horrible side effects of this drug. I have been in a lot of pain for about 2 years so I guess this was the easiest diagnosis for the other doctor to make. Then I saw Dr. D! Dr Digiovanni called my phone to discuss the carelessness of his office staff. Office was unable to provide correct site locations and body parts needed for X-rays. Had lab work done and this office never notified me of results until I called. 1 week later. I do not recommend for a medical provider
