Takes his time, very thorough, excellent doctor
Dr Boltuch is a great doctor who takes the time out to truly find out what is going on and ensure you get great care. His receptionist is always friendly and nice also. However, the lady who manages billing leaves much to be desired in the realm of professionalism and understanding. After nearly ten years of going there, she treated me like some thug trying to get out of paying a bill instead of just waiting to bill me once they had everything aligned. Great doctor. Cares about his patients and takes the time to find out everything going on.
Courteous staff both of the young ladies have always greeted me. Honest knowledgeable doctor. Very detailed very thorough with a great bedside manner.
Staff was horrible; insisted that I had to pay in full despite having insurance with a 10% co-pay and no deductible. I'd confirmed that Dr. Boltuch was in-network prior to making the appointment. Have no idea what their problem was, but they seemed incredibly incompetent and they refused to budge on the matter...so I left. This was the first doctor's office I've ever been to that refused to charge me according to my insurance benefits.
Completely unsympathetic to a sick person.
