Dr. Bloom is a fantastic doctor. Compassionate and ready to help.
Called to make an appointment. Front desk staff asked me to hold, then just hung up the phone. Called back but they just didn’t pick up after. First time calling the office as a new patient. I will definitely not have any family seen in this office.
Starting with Dr Blooms staff...not very sharp! They texted me to fill out forms. They didn't say who they were or give a link to fill out the forms. Today I went because I have emphysema and I have trouble breathing. When i got there i was told 3 times I had to wear a mask. I struggle to breath without a mask. Breathing would be impossible with a mask. I kept saying I was there because I have emphysema. They left me alone in a room returning to tell me he would not see me without a mask to leave!! He tried to prescribe medication and diagnoses outside of his area of expertise. This is incredibly dangerous and he refused to let me speak/got visibly angry when I told him that this was being handled by a specialist in that area (the issue was in no way lung related) and the medication he was asking would have had severe medical complications. If you are thinking of going there, please don’t!
