I booked a new patient appointment months ago, was rescheduled last minute, the time didn’t work for me, and then their next appointment availability wasn’t for 3 months. What a waste of time and terrible client experience.
If I have to see the doctor I am glad it’s Dr. Bierman. He always takes the time to listen to me and provides options regarding my concerns. Additionally his staff is always professional and courteous. I have never had a negative experience in 20+ years and I see Dr Bierman 2-3 times a year.
