Very Disappointed with My Visit I recently visited this clinic to see a gastroenterologist, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time, and when I finally got in, the doctor didn’t seem professional at all. His explanations were vague and didn’t make much sense—I didn’t feel like I was being treated by a real specialist. Really good positive experience, would recommend
Dr Kim’s communication skills with the patient seem very poor not because of his language proficiency but because of his attitude. For example he hardly tries to listen to the patient.
Very experienced and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain and answer questions. The receptionist is excellent too.
