He is always happy to see me , he listen’s to me when I tell him what is happening to me and takes great care of me .
I left Dr Dean because of problems with his staff. Rude, uncaring and very untruthful. However, I have never been able to find another Dr to compare to his level of competency, compassion and skill. So, I’m going to go back to Dr Dean and I will let him know if I have problems with the staff again. I will not let incompetent staff keep me from the very best physician.
Dr. Dean is a wonderful, kind and caring physician who has been my doctor for over 30 years, His father was my physician before him. Dr. Dean's move to the Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group was a huge mistake. Dr. Dean's staff is absolutely, bar none, horrendous. This new staff is downright rude. You cannot expect any compassion from that bunch of nurses. They talk and don't listen. Stay away from this group. Dr. Dean is wonderful, but his staff of nurses SUCK!!!
Let me first say that I was a patient of Dr. Dean's for more than 10 years. He is a great Doctor, with a not-so-great staff. Unfortunately, the staff adversely affects the doctor/patient relationship. I am currently looking for a new PCP. It really is too bad when a really great Doctor is undermined by staff that is unethical, untruthful and incompetent.
Dr. Dean is wonderful. Unfortunately you can't get the same excellence from the nurses in his office. Some are very good, others I can't believe he hired them. I think maybe the really bad ones must be family of some sort. Otherwise, it makes no sense that they are still employed. Dr. Dean is the kindest, most competent of Doctors. But, I finally had to find another doctor due to the repeated problems with the staff. Beautiful building, wonderful doctor brought down by incompetent staff.
Great with Dr. Dean but very poor scheduling an appointment my last 3 or 4 appointments
