The receptionist is unkind and yelled at me that I didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for a precertification form (which was advised by my insurance, endoscopy, and pathology lab).
Dr Jao is a caring physician and very knowledgeable . I’m so glad he’s my gastroenterologist !
I honestly found Dr. Jao to be a very friendly and professional guy with good bedside manner; however, due to a recent interaction I had with the receptionist I would never go to that clinic again. It's a shame this review has to affect his practice negatively but the people who work for you are a part of your practice. Dr. Jao is wonderful and I've been going to him for 12 years. Appreciate his expertise so much, that even after I had to move to the mainland to take care of my mother, refuse to lose him as my GI guy. Great credentials and can help you be proactive with nutrition to avoid Colon Rectal disease.
