I have been a patient in this practice for 26 years. My experience has been verypositive, starting from primary care through the death of my husband. The doctors and staff have always treated me with kindness and compassion, even through the grief of my husband's death. They are there to listen, treat and help. I never complain if I have to wait. We hadn't been residents of Pennsylvania for long and had to find a primary physician. Dr. Ternes "popped up" as a physician that accepted our medical insurance. We are not disappointed. He makes us feel very comfortable, he doesn't rush us out, and he makes sure we understand what he is describing healthwise. I'd recommend him without any hesitation!
