I and my wife have been treated at this facility many times over the last five years and I cannot find the words to fully describe the high degree of professionalism that we have experienced from this entire staff. The receptionists, nurses and entire staff are way beyond just professional, they are truly kind, caring and always helpful. We want to thank them and wish them all the best. My experience at Monmouth Medical was amazing. I was 4 days postpartum and was sent by my dr to the ER. After a long day and many hours in the ER i was admitted to a room @ 10:00 pm. I did not eat or drink all day and my husband was not allowed in due to covid. The nurses who greeted me in my room were exceptionally kind. They brought me everything I needed. The ER staff at Monmouth Medical Center conducts themselves in an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate manner while people suffering from COVID and other potentially life threatening afflictions await for extended periods of time in the waiting room area. The doctors and individuals whom manage the ER participate in this unethical, out of line behavior. Regardless of the increasing amount of complaints the hospital receives, not a thing is done to remediate the issue.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Seriously, its like these guys use a filtration system to get potential clients to either put up with their BS or give up on seeking mental health altogether. Very unprofessional. They leave voicemails cancelling appointments on a whim but give you no way whatsoever to contact a live person to reschedule. Instead you are subjected to leaving a voicemail and hoping they call you back. Spoiler alert, they don't.

This hospital is worst then terrible. They have a holier then thou complex, and think there way is the only way to conduct medical practices. They give false information. They are 20 years behind current medical procedures. Nurses may have complexities and they will judge you harshly. This hospital is not a good place to have a baby in. They act like they are helping people but in reality just trying to fill there own agendas. The ER staff at this hospital is TERRIBLE and in my opinion woefully incompetent. I had an idiot nurse there even falsify my medical record. They are a conspiracy of clowns. Another attempted to take blood FOUR times and instead of telling someone else to do a job she couldn’t do she mangled an arm or two in the process!! Fools!!
ER WAS HORRIBLE, BILLING WAS HORRIBLE, PATIENT EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. Sat in the ED with my adolescent son, for over 6 hours for a psych evaluation. Some one from the "crisis" team cam over and said two words to us, then handed us discharge papers. Within those six hours we just sat there on a nasty stretcher with a sheet, no one checked on us, and my son had to witness security fighting with an intoxicated patient and other unpleasant patients.
