I recently received a bill labeled "FINAL NOTICE," which included a threat to send me to collections. This was the first time I was informed of any pending balance. My wife and I visit your office monthly, spending thousands on services, and at no point were we notified of an outstanding balance or provided this bill earlier. This lack of communication is unprofessional, and I find the threat of collections unwarranted and disrespectful.
