This was my first experience in telemedicine and happy to report was very positive. Dr. Robert Hannum is pleasant and compassionate in his approach to not only get to the root of the patient’s problem, but to take the time to adequately explain the details. And he will hear your every question/concern. What also impressed me is what occurred at the end of the appointment. Wonderful experience. Very in-depth investigation into my issues and before I was even done explaining my problems he began naming other issues he said I was probably having and he was exactly right. This man truly knows how to diagnose. Extremely pleased with his knowledge of my disease and his treatment method. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone.
