I've been with this dentist for 50 yrs ,i see Robert Gelman everytime i need to , he is very polite ,very professional, same with staff members great team .
The receptionist puts you on hold (but doesn’t actually put you on hold so you can hear everything she’s doing or saying, big mistake). She’s doing this so that you hang up and then the lines get “busy” so they don’t accept calls or voicemail. I was calling to confirm my appointment since they hadn’t. They won’t get a single dime out of me!! I’m guessing the review rate is high because they’re removing them.
When you call the lady puts you on hold and NEVER gets back on its crazy I call 7 times this week and I heard please hold every time I just want to make an appointment
