Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
