He was to fix my son's deviated septum and it is worse now then it was before. We have to see a plastic surgeon to have it fixed correctly. And he put a hole on the inside of my son's nose.
Rude. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dismissed my concerns. Horrible bedside manners.
I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time which I then had to change to the next month but the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Caughey was very nice and explained everything to me so I would understand. He presented my options which we discussed. Would definitely recommend.
As a person who has ear issues (on and off) all my life, I have always been very happy with the service and professionalism of Dr. Caughey's office.
