Dr Bailey is such a good doctor, but his receptionist is the worst person ever. She never checks fax renewals for you and outright lies fo you so she can get you off the phone. She doesn't care about dr bailey's patients at all and I was lucky enough to get the other receptionist to help me. I was delayed renewals for weeks because of this receptionist. Dr Bailey is amazing otherwise. Edit: The old receptionist seems to be gone, and the new one, Katherine, was a delight to me. Thank you so much for your help

I was under the care of this amazing doctor for over 10 years. He diagnosed me with Primary Biliary Colingitis. Throughout the care I received from him, I thought of him as a friend, which I probably shouldn't have seeing he was my doctor. I guess it's the atmosphere he surrounded his patients with that it was so comfortable going in to see him. He was truthful about every aspect of my condition.
