My account has often been wrong. I wait normally and average of 35-45 minutes over on every appt. I don't ever plan to be on time with these appts. They do not have vm, so you can't leave a message to have the doctor call you back. The doctor is good, but the staff often do not keep your account current.
Never returns answers on my chart Staff lies to you. Slow doing anything. I won eight using him anymore. Sentara group should get rid of him.
Beyond terrible experience! He thinks a lot of himself, doesn't listen to the patients, and treats his staff like peons. I will never go back to him or his audiologist.
I think Dr. Berry is a wonderful physician and a delightful person. He was especially kind to the elderly mother of a friend of mine who is facing surgery for cancer. I think he is terrific!

Dr. Johnson was our physician for many years his diagnosis were always right on the money. He always gave you all the time you needed and answered emails and phone calls. We will miss him.

We trusted Dr Johnson and were his first patients at new location. We are very disappointed he is no longer there. he was a good and trusted doctor!
DR. JASON JOHNSON HAS BEEN THE DOCTOR OF MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF FOR MANY YEARS. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM. HE NEVER, NEVER RUSHES YOU OUT THE DOOR AND WILL TAKE ALL OF THE TIME WITH YOU THAT YOU WANT HIM TOO. HE WILL BE SORELY MISSED AT SENTARA.
