I’m furious because I go to see Dr Iaffaldano today and I get there ten minutes early for my 1:00 appointment. While standing at the desk, in walks another patient and she states that she’s there for her 1:15 appointment with Dr Iaffaldano. I sit down and so does she. Out walks a nurse to call her back!
