Due to ruptured ear drum and after seeing urgent care doctor I called Saturday morning DR Robert Park office. I told the staff that I was advised to see ENT right away, she said that doc can’t take me. It is very upsetting that although a patient has medical emergency the doctor will not see the patient although on short notice but nobody plans for ruptured eardrum ahead. Dr Park I am disappointed with your practice that you would not see a patient in need of care . Urgent care advised to see ENT doc right away.
Fantastic people and service
Dr Park is kind caring and such a gentle doctor. He is very patient and he takes care of my entire family from checking out hearing and cleaning our ears.
