I would not recommend Dr. Masci to anyone who values professionalism or integrity in a healthcare professional because he has neither from my experience. I scheduled a tele-health appointment and he failed to order the follow up labs we discussed on the under-5-min call. When I called the office back to follow up on them he said I should have to book an additional in-person appointment. I would not recommend this Dr for senior patients. He does not treat the patient holistically. For over a year my mother has been complaining about shortness of breath. He pretty much writes it off as her age. Last time I was in the office with her he shrugged his shoulders and said- what do you want me to do. I had to beg him to look for an inhaler that her insurance would allow her to have.
