I have been going to Dr. Carter for years and have never had a complaint. I have left a 5 star review for Dr. Carter and her office staff in the past. But now there is one employee that ruins the office. She calls you back to the treatment area. She is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Unprofessional staff, incredibly rude over the phone to me because of a miscommunication on their end. It's 2025 and they are demanding that you bring in a 5 page paper copy of some drug screen document because their staff refuse to data input online. We'll be barring your location from working with us in the future. Thanks for your time.
Been going for a while haven’t seen him I. Last 5 months. The female doctors have been great we had a plan then today I see him and it’s your magically all better do t believe your body and those ladies were wrong crazy he is still and always will be a horrible doctor
Everybody was really nice, Ms. T. Coleman was really nice and very easy to talk to, and the lady that took my blood did an excellent job, I have a return appointment already scheduled, I've also already received a call about my blood work ( appointment on 10th and a call on the 12th) yes something is wrong, so I'm glad they called so we can get this taken care of.
