I was referred by my PCP to a different clinic and went there first. But I could tell instantly I was just a number to be moved around like cattle.I came to Ackerman and was so delightfully happy about the experience. Dr.Busch helped me bigtime. In the hospital I was unable to pee,I was scared my bladder would break and distressed.I called and he came by after hrs. for me pretty fast.Dr.Busch got me a catheter hooked up.I was very grateful he stopped in to help me out.I had seen him a few times at his office,things got better. I would take my son to him and would know he was getting the best care.He is a very good MD. Url. A healer who cares. Thank's Doc.

Referred to this office by NF Lake City Medical ER with three kidney stones and terrible pain. The totally lack of concern of the phone receptionist and being told at best it would be a five day wait to be seen. She suggested that I go elsewhere if I needed to be seen sooner. I have made an appointment tomorrow elsewhere that seemed to care about patients needs. Am sure the doctors are very good and totally unaware of the horrible phone premadona
We would absolutely refer Dr. Busch. He is an excellent Doctor. My husband was operated on by him and received excellent care. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.
