Dr. Oldt's waiting room is almost always full and there is certainly a reason for it. I came to him a few years ago with horrible back pain and he gave me some shots, got me in with a specialist the next day and things got better from then on. Yes, the manner in which I had to make an appointment in person and then have to come back after a few hours is different, but who cares, this is a fabulous and knowledgeable doctor. I wish there were more like him.
Long, long wait times and no same day appointments. The doctor doesn't care to talk or listen to you, just wants to be as quick as possible. He treats you like a object that needs repair instead of as a person. If you want to feel like someone who is being cared for and listened to, stay as far away from here as possible. I couldn't recommend him any less. Zero stars if that was an option.
Wait times to see the doctor are always 3+ hours even with an appointment. Excessive and unnecessary lab work and follow up appointments, calls aren't returned and prescription refills are a complete nightmare.
He was considerate, looked at my problems, came up with solutions to make me feel better and heal! It was too long of a wait, but he was very accommodating !
How do I start. Dr Oldt has saved my life and my mom loved him. He has kept me on my feet for the last 20 years. Yes the wait it's a killer but it well worth it. So relax a and get ready to see someone who cares and knows his business. Al Bennett
Expect a 2 to 3 hr wait with an appointment, 4 hr wait without an appointment. If you come in the office before 6:00 PM he will see you. He is very good is resolving medical issues. Office is not comfortable. Parking is sufficient. He sees patients on Saturdays!!!
I lost a love one from cancer because the doctor didn't detect it. Instead waiting 3 hrs with one doctor, find a clinic with multiple doctors that speeds up the time.
This is the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. I took my 85 yr old mom to see him for the flu and she was vomiting in the waiting room and we waited 3 1/2 hours to see him and he did NOTHING for her. Did not even offer an asprin. I took her to emergency and she was admitted. My wife went there about 10 years ago with a busted knee and again...NOTHING. He did not even put on the the swollen knee. He told me to take her to the emergency room.
Misdiagnosed my loved one's cancer. Said that backpain was from work and only prescribed painkillers for many months. Went to another doctor, found it was cancer and had advanced that whole time. It was too late, could have caught it earlier. Now my loved one is gone.
