Providers are excellent!! However reception staff are awful. I have a finger broken in 4 places and can’t see an orthopedic doctor for 3 weeks. I requested a finger splint because I work and need to protect my finger until ortho appointment. First told my insurance would not pay for it, I offered to pay for it. I was then told to tape it to next finger.. treated me like I was stupid.
Very helpful Excellent care
Will refuse to send in refills for meds leading to withdrawal symptoms, then blame the patient. Does not take mental health seriously. Front desk will hang up while mid sentence for whatever reason. Will not put in referral for specialists even if requested.
This is my doctor and his team has been the very best in my opinion so if your looking for a doctor that would be a awesome doctor go to his office in Clarksville Arkansas.
