Went for my follow-up visit today to get results of a lumbar MRI, and not only had that thoroughly explained, but Dr. Engelen and his staff went above and beyond caring for an "add-on" injury concern from a recent fall. I know doctors generally avoid two-for-one care at an appointment, but this was especially appreciated since I hadn't sought any medical care at the time of the injury and really just needed reassurance and advice on further healing. Both the doctor and staff really went the extra mile!
