I have been going to Dr Hay’s for over 23 years! I love him! He is caring and informative! Both my husband & myself are extremely happy with Dr Hay’s and his staff!
I don't recommend going to Dr. Hays office. I went to the office six months ago, was prescribed a prescription but never had a follow up. The office refill my prescription but didn't bother to find out how the medication was working or not. I called them and was told they couldn't see me because they were leaving my Insurance network.

Absolutely the worst practice in the western communities! The front office staff turned us away after 8 years of being their patients claiming we did not have health insurance. I called BCBS immediately and we were covered. The office staff & front office are not at all customer focused. And good luck getting a dr to listen to you. You NEVER see the same dr twice as it is a revolving door of physicians. I went for my physical and got five minutes of the doctor’s time and then ushered out. If you value yourself, your health, and the well being of your loved ones, stay clear of this doctor. I visited this doctor, who was my mom’s primary care physician for some years. I was floored to witness how this doctor treats his patients. He talks over them and doesn’t listen to the concerns of his patients. He also belittles and talks down to the patients and has the attention span of a 2 year old child. I also noticed that my mother was prescribed medications for undiagnosed conditions. The front desk staff is the worst. They scare you to death about insurance and responsibility. Every single time my anxiety is through the roof to make an appointment. Beware
