I was scheduled for mammogram and ultrasound for breast pain. I have breast implants and needed the ultrasound. Because he didn’t see anything concerning on mammogram he denied me the ultrasound my doctor ordered. I’m now going back to my primary care to be rescheduled at another facility. I ended up leaving the Cartersville location in tears having been made feel stupid for wanting the peace of mind and possible source of my pain. I will never visit this facility nor use Dr Robert Kim again.
