I’m confused on their process. I received an email link from the practice last week for test results. I reviewed the test results which had several abnormalities. I assumed I would be contacted for the next steps, but nobody followed up. I called the practice today and the lady I spoke to said they had not received the test results. I responded that I had received the test results from them last week, she responded “in a perfect world they would have the results as well, but we don’t”. I called to ask why their intake forms require me to sign that I will pay anything that insurance does not cover (even though I have a very good local preferred plan) and the girl who answered the phone said “fine I’ll cancel your appointment “ . This place requires you to sign up and use 2 different apps and then emails a link with more questions. They want to be high tech and not deal with the patients. After being a patient of Dr. Robert Jackson (no relation) at St. Luke's Urology, which is an excellent medical facility, and then learning he was moving his practice to The Urology Clinic in Meridian, I had a decision to make.
