My wife and I went to the clinic in August of last year for our annual screening. However, when our visit was submitted to the insurance company, it was coded as a medical visit instead of a preventive check-up. As a result, we each received a bill that we should not be responsible for. Since discovering this error, we have called the clinic twice and spoken with the front desk in person four separate times to have it corrected. I cannot express how excited I am to find Dr Dunn & Sarah Peak. They truly care about their patients and it’s been life changing for me personally. They are truly a Godsend to this community! Highly recommended.
Sarah and she was very nice, very patient and asked all the questions. They get my med refill super quick. They staff are all very nice and friendly. I Would totally recommend
Great doctor if your special enough. The front desk guy needs fired. Doesnt answer phone. Never avaiable. Cancels appointments repeatedly. Cannot make appointment. No same day appointments. Hasnt helped in a year of going. Dont go here, unless you like to be screwed around, ptherwise it might be a great fit if you want to be a yoyo!!
I expected better. Doesn't communicate. Forgets half what you ask of him and then doesn't get back to you. I wrote a much longer detailed review under WyoCity Medical Group. Refuses painkillers to patients who desperately need them due to extreme injury even when he knows for a fact that patient is in extreme pain. I had a Grade 3 hamstring pull with one leg half again swollen bigger than the other. Still no painkillers. Go anywhere else. Akin to torture.
