I saw Dr Dressler a few months ago. He ordered tests for 2 different issues I am having. To follow-up on the results of these 2 tests I sent messages to him via his offices "MyChart" portal- he ignored both messages. I then left telephone messages with his office 3 times - he returned none of them, even though on the 2nd and 3rd calls his assistant assured me that she would deliver the message to him personally. During the holidays, I sent 4 messages to have my prescription refilled and I had no response. I ended up going to the ER. Him nor the office had any concern of my issue.
