What a wonderful man & great Doctor!
Dr Dressler was hands down the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of meeting with. He was rude during every single visit and dismissed every concern I had, but I was young and didn’t know better. On my final visit with him I came in to discuss the distress and significant mental health issues I was having after my grandmother died. Very helpful. Takes lots of time to figure out what’s actually going on.
I have been visiting this office for a few years. I am a relatively young, healthy male so I don't need much more than a physical and some tests every so often. Those years all was fine. However, I have noticed that this year, I have attempted to submit 2 separate e-visits. The first was completely ignored for 5 business days even though it says it will be answered in one. I saw Dr Dressler a few months ago. He ordered tests for 2 different issues I am having. To follow-up on the results of these 2 tests I sent messages to him via his offices "MyChart" portal- he ignored both messages. I then left telephone messages with his office 3 times - he returned none of them, even though on the 2nd and 3rd calls his assistant assured me that she would deliver the message to him personally.
