They’re charging over $400 for a basic sports physical & harassing me for $39 that isn’t covered by insurance which I wasn’t informed of initially. I can’t even access this physical to enroll my child in school because village medical customer service is god awful. I was asking for a mental health referral at the time and expressed to this Dr. divine but never had anyone follow up with me through his office or a counseling program.
I have seen Dr. Devine several times at the Walgreens office and the office on Virginia. I found him to be very thorough, kind and he sent me for appropriate tests several times. He took his time to hear about the reason I had come to see him and informed me as to the results of all tests I was sent to take. The results were discussed with me in depth and I was very satisfied with working with him and his professional but open way of addressing the problems I had come in to see him about. Honestly- save yourself- this doctor missed a broken neck and lower back- didn't Even send for imaging or labs- missed trigeminal neuralgia- and gaslight me for 4 months requiring me to come in every 2-3 weeks and didn't do anything to help me- He then lied and made things Even worse- reported to board and their response was " he didn't break any laws" True story And he told he was sure if I just exercised more, I would feel better. Terrible doctor and zero respect for him as a person- should not be a physician
