Unprofessional or bad at his job. This was a long time ago, I had gone in because of some pain in my back and had to go to the ER. Dr. Glatter was the doctor I saw that night. I told him about the pain and that my friend thought it might be a collapsed lung(I got anxiety from the suggestion and my mother, an RN, told me to go in, just in case that was the case) Dr. Glatter went over my back, listened to my heart etc...
