Everyone was very kind and respectful. I was put through testing to rule out a serious disease, with attendant waits and worry. At the end I was told I just needed drops for dry eyes, which cleared up the problem. I don't understand why a trial of eye drops wasn't recommended restart with.
I absolutely love the UCI ophthalmology team. The staff at the front desk and all the medical providers are all so kind and very informative. I always feel well educated and reassured about my eye health when I come into the Gavin Herbert Eye Institute for a yearly checkup.
